Sewing Update

Well, it's been a week since I started sewing for Shellagh and I have been enjoying it. I have made ruffled chair covers, and various pillows...some with ruffles, some without and some with double ruffles. Later today she will be bringing me the fabric for a queen sized bed dust ruffle to make which should be interesting. I am grateful for this opportunity. I am also learning a few things along the way which is always a positive thing. Shellagh seems to be pleased with my work and the speed at which I am able to finish each item. I am grateful for this job and for how it is making me feel about myself and my capabilities as a seamstress.
