This was a gift from my sister, Christmas of 1994.My kids were all getting older and it was the last Christmas before Jason left the nest.
This reminds me of the days we were all together for the holidays.
I honestly don't remember the last time that has happened.
I know it has been several years.
The family has grown considerably over those years. As indicated by the number of stockings, we use to be a family of 6. We now are a family of 19.
It is amazing how the heart expands to hold each one so tenderly in their place.
