Tonight is the church Christmas party. We were asked to bring 2 dozen cookies. That was the motivation for me to get myself in the kitchen and start the holiday baking this morning. Here are the first two varieties. Date pinwheel cookies and some peanutbutter chocolate crunch cookies. I do not bake much anymore and my attempts seem to show it. The chocolate is not even on the crunch cookies and I made my pinwheels too big. Oh well,....I bet they get eaten anyway! :-)
