Salsa anyone? Yes, those are water bath canners and another big pot full of salsa.Andrea and I 'perfected' our recipe for salsa 2 years ago and use a lot of it. I personally use it for not only chips and toppings on burritos and such, but I also use it in one of my home made soups...Chicken tortilla soup.
All that salsa translated into 48 quarts worth canned;
24 for Andrea to take home and 24 for us.
It was a long day but well worth the effort.
